The agreement between you and Medvyl. We've kept it short, used ordinary words, and tried to be straightforward about what you can and can't expect.

You must be 18 or older to create your own account. People under 18 may use Medvyl only if a verified parent or guardian manages the account through our Family plan.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private and for any activity that happens under your account. Please tell us immediately at support@medvyl.healthif you suspect unauthorized access — we'll help you secure things, freeze sharing links, and review activity.
You must provide accurate registration information. Identity verification is required before we retrieve records on your behalf; we may refuse or delay verification if information cannot be confirmed.

Medvyl helps you organize, view, and understand your records. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Plain-language explanations and any AI features are informational only. Always consult a qualified clinician for medical decisions.
In an emergency, call your local emergency number (911 in the United States). Do not use Medvyl for emergency communication.
Your health records belong to you. You retain all rights to your data and content. You grant Medvyl a limited license to store, organize, display, and transmit your records solely to provide the Services you've requested. This license ends when you delete your account, except as required by law.
Medvyl retrieves records from healthcare providers, labs, pharmacies, and other third parties on your authorization. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of records produced by those third parties. If you find an error, contact the originating provider; we can help you do so.
Personal accounts are free for as long as Medvyl operates. Paid plans, when offered, renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then. Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis — email billing@medvyl.health. We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that records will always be retrievable on demand from third-party providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Medvyl's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, after notice when possible. On termination, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days unless you ask us to retain a copy for export or we are required by law to retain it longer.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect, with a summary of what changed and why. Continuing to use the Services after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. If you don't accept them, you may close your account before they take effect.
